37 overseas-trained PhDs apply to teach at universities in Vietnam

As many as 37 PhDs trained abroad have applied to teach at four universities, with many having published numerous reputable scientific papers. Additionally, 12 professors and associate professors from around the world will join as visiting lecturers.
