Running through June 23, the annual festival - organized by Da Nang City - celebrates summer with an engaging mix of events held across the city’s coastal parks, beaches, and along the Han River.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Tran Chi Cuong, Vice Chairman of Da Nang People’s Committee, noted that the city’s tourism sector has made impressive progress in the first half of 2025. Numerous national and international events have taken place, and new tourism products have been introduced, attracting a large number of domestic and international visitors.
"Through this event, we aim to promote Da Nang as a multi-experience destination where visitors can enjoy a diverse, modern, high-quality tourism ecosystem - an ideal spot for travelers worldwide," Cuong emphasized.
From June 19 to 23, various festival activities will unfold at East Sea Park, local beaches, and along the Han River.
A major highlight is the "Taste of Da Nang Summer" culinary zone, featuring over 50 booths serving nearly 100 local and international dishes. Live music programs are held every evening from 4:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at East Sea Park.
At Man Thai Beach, the "Fisherman’s Tale" art space re-creates the rhythms of coastal life through artistic installations and daily performances of the traditional “hat ba trao” chant accompanied by folk instruments, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
From June 20 to 22, visitors to Pham Van Dong Beach can enjoy artistic and LED kite displays inspired by marine life.
Additional attractions include water sports like canoe and jetski shows at Pham Van Dong and My An beaches, and basket boat rides at Man Thai Beach, drawing active participation from both locals and tourists. A particularly exciting new addition is a sailing boat show on the Han River - being held for the first time, promising a fresh and thrilling experience.
Nighttime art performances are also an unmissable part of the festival lineup.
To complement the event, the city is offering discounted tours, new travel products, and premium services for guests attending the festival.
This year’s festival features special participation from Son La Province with its cultural showcase “Colors of Son La,” highlighting highland traditions and tourism promotion activities in Da Nang. The collaboration adds a vibrant touch of regional diversity to the summer celebrations.
