On the evening of July 16, a serious traffic collision involving three cars and a motorbike occurred on Nguyen Trac Street in Duong Noi Ward, Hanoi, resulting in at least one fatality.

A representative from Traffic Police Team No. 7 (under the Hanoi Traffic Police Department) confirmed the incident happened at approximately 8:15 PM. The crash involved a series of collisions between a car, two other vehicles, and a motorbike. At least one person died in the accident.

"We are currently investigating whether the car driver was under the influence of alcohol," the traffic police representative stated.

Eyewitnesses reported that a male driver operating a car (license plate not yet identified) was traveling along Nguyen Trac Street when he violently collided with two cars and a motorbike.

The powerful impact severely damaged the vehicles involved.

"Several people were injured and lay on the ground. Debris from the vehicles was scattered all over the street. The male driver appeared to be intoxicated," a witness recounted.

Traffic Police Team No. 7 is currently handling the situation and working to determine the cause of the accident.
