US Ambassador to Vietnam Marc Knapper on February 6, just days before the 2024 Tet holiday, came to see Vu Dac Tuc, a Vietnamese veteran, in Thuong Tin district in Hanoi to return Tuc’s war diary and forward him a letter from US President Joe Biden.
