On June 27, Viettel announced its record-setting performance at this year’s awards, outpacing global tech giants including Amazon, IBM, Meta, Broadcom, Ivanti, and Cisco. With 5 Gold, 7 Silver, and 7 Bronze prizes, Viettel claimed the highest number of awards, marking its second consecutive year leading the international technology arena. By comparison, Amazon and IBM followed with 11 awards each. A total of five Vietnamese companies received recognition this year.

Originally established in 2006 by the U.S.-based Network Product Guide, the Globee Awards - formerly known as the IT World Awards - honor excellence in global IT products, services, and solutions.

At the 2025 edition, Viettel’s standout achievements included Gold awards for several cutting-edge solutions: the Reputa data analytics platform, the BTS Digital Twin telecom infrastructure solution, an autonomous goods-sorting robot system, an integrated smart logistics complex, and the telecom infrastructure network in Burundi.

Viettel’s mobile network in Burundi was also awarded a Gold prize for innovation in telecommunications infrastructure, demonstrating the group’s international reach and performance in challenging markets.

Among Viettel’s 19 award-winning entries, 17 ranked first in their respective categories, underscoring the group’s technological capabilities and global competitiveness in IT and innovation.

The Globee Technology Awards recognize innovations in fields such as artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, IT infrastructure, and sustainable development. Viettel’s success across these areas highlights its strategic role in shaping the future of digital technology and its growing influence in the global high-tech supply chain.
