According to the announcement, two executive members are stepping down from their current roles, while new appointments have been made to key positions.
Specifically, Nguyen Hong Quan - Deputy General Director and Head of Risk Management Division - and Truong Thi Hoang Lan - Deputy General Director and Head of Investment and Large Corporate Client Division - will relinquish their current positions to undertake new assignments supporting TPBank's strategic expansion.
Nguyen Hong Quan brings extensive senior-level management experience in banking and other financial institutions, particularly in risk management. He played a pivotal role in successfully implementing global risk management standards such as Basel III and Basel III Reform (Basel IV) at TPBank.
Meanwhile, Truong Thi Hoang Lan has been with TPBank since its inception in 2008, holding various senior leadership roles. She has been instrumental in developing the bank’s large corporate client segment, expanding investment activities, and strengthening connections with major partners.
In addition to relieving these two senior leaders, TPBank has announced several key executive appointments.
Khuc Van Hoa, currently Deputy General Director, will transition from his role as Head of Corporate Banking to become Head of Investment and Large Corporate Client Division. In this new position, he will oversee investment activities, consulting, capital arrangement, and comprehensive financial solutions for major corporations and conglomerates.
Nguyen Lan Huong, currently Deputy Head of Corporate Banking, has been promoted to Head of the division. She will be responsible for expanding the portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), providing credit products, trade finance, and full-spectrum financial solutions for corporate clients.
