
According to the directive, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh is tasked with resolving long-standing project challenges and instructing the Ministry of Home Affairs to develop mechanisms and policies for identifying, recruiting, and utilizing talents. Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha will oversee the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, along with the Government Office, in reviewing and addressing issues related to natural disaster prevention and recovery ahead of the storm season. He is also tasked with overseeing the Ministry of Education and Training in finalizing a proposal for a breakthrough resolution in education and training.
Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc will direct the Ministry of Finance in revising the State Budget Law to resolve practical difficulties. He is also tasked with leading a public communication campaign on newly issued tax regulations to ensure public understanding and compliance, avoiding misinformation and business disruption.
Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son will lead the National Steering Committee 389 and coordinate with ministries to enhance efforts against smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, and intellectual property violations. The focus will be on cracking down on counterfeit milk, pharmaceuticals, food, and supplements.
Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung will direct the Ministry of Finance in drafting a national economic development plan, due by June 24. He is also responsible for finalizing revisions to the Planning Law for submission to the National Assembly’s ninth session.
Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh is assigned to supervise the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in completing a proposal for the exhibition of socio-economic achievements to commemorate Vietnam’s 80th National Day, ensuring timely, high-quality, and meaningful execution.
