The semifinal night of Miss Earth Vietnam 2025 featured three captivating segments: environmental costume, swimsuit, and ethnic wear. Phung Doanh Doanh stood out by winning the “Best Environmental Costume” award and placed in the top five for the Beach Beauty title.

Opening the evening, the environmental costume round showcased the ingenuity of 46 contestants who took to the stage in outfits made from recycled materials such as sacks, paper, plastic, and newspapers. The segment conveyed a powerful message on environmental protection and recycling awareness, celebrating the theme of “renewed beauty.”

Phung Doanh Doanh from Long An impressed the judges with a stunning creation crafted from sacks and newspapers, transformed into a vibrant ensemble topped with a dazzling crown. Ha Thi Thuy Dung from Hai Duong was equally eye-catching in a pristine white dress intricately embellished, symbolizing the reuse of everyday items.

Materials like plastic wrap, woven sacks, tin cans, and plastic packaging were skillfully turned into works of art by designers. Other contestants also stood out with their imaginative outfits, including a fiery red piece inspired by traditional music, a sea-blue dress mimicking ocean waves, and creatively upcycled denim gowns exuding modern flair and personality.

In the swimsuit competition, contestants confidently walked the runway in vibrant red swimwear, showcasing their toned physiques and polished catwalk skills.

The swimsuit round featured contestants with toned bodies and harmonious proportions, many of them towering in height. This segment was not only a display of physical beauty but also a demonstration of confidence, charisma, and personal presence.

The ethnic costume round, made from traditional brocade, served as a cultural highlight, honoring Vietnam's ethnic weaving heritage. This segment celebrated not only external beauty but also underscored the importance of preserving cultural traditions in modern life.

Following the semifinal, Phung Doanh Doanh from Long An was crowned Best Environmental Costume and also entered the top five for Beach Beauty. Bui Ly Thien Huong also made it into both rankings.

The top five Beach Beauty finalists included Ngo Thi Tram Anh, Trinh My Anh, and Tran Nhat Le. Meanwhile, the top five for Best Environmental Costume also featured Duong Thuy Hien, Tran Thuy Vi, and Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc.

The semifinal concluded with the selection of the top 30 finalists who will advance to the grand finale of Miss Earth Vietnam 2025, scheduled for the evening of June 28.
