

On the afternoon of July 21, police in Ngoc Ha Ward, Hanoi returned a set of lost items to a foreign national.
Earlier, around 3 a.m. on July 19, Ngoc Ha Ward police received a leather briefcase from a local resident who had found it. Upon inspection, the case was found to contain a laptop, an iPhone, a pair of wireless headphones, and a notebook.
Immediately after receiving the lost property, the police launched an investigation and quickly identified the owner as Mr. Piciocco Marris Nicola, an Australian national. They contacted him and invited him to the station to retrieve his belongings.
On July 21, Mr. Piciocco arrived at the Ngoc Ha Ward police station to collect his items. At the handover, he expressed sincere gratitude to the officers and Vietnamese citizens who helped recover his lost belongings. He also praised the professionalism and dedication of the Ngoc Ha Ward Police.
